Our work takes place on the stolen, unceded and traditional territories of the Lekwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees Nations), the W̱SÁNEĆ people, and where the Te’mexw Treaty Association is located.

Andrea’s lineage is primarily of Scottish, Irish and English descent. With her colonial settler lineage, she recognizes the role she and her people had throughout history in the destruction of many cultures and humanity at large. She works to decolonize her mind, along with the systems and processes she uses and builds so that all of humanity can be honoured, respected and have the hope and opportunity to one day live in unity.
